Return and Exchange Policy

Our primary goal at Houston Jackets is to ensure the complete satisfaction of our valued customers. In situations where a customer is dissatisfied with the size or color of their purchased product, we facilitate returns or exchanges in accordance with the following guidelines:

Generous 30-Day Return Window

Customers have a 30-day window from the date of jacket receipt to request a return or exchange. Beyond this period, the company will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or dissatisfaction.

Order Cancellation

Requests for order cancellations must be made within 24 hours. If cancelled within this timeframe, the full amount will be refunded to the buyer’s respective account. However, please note the following conditions for cancellations:

  • Cancellation after 24 hours will result in a 30% deduction from the paid amount.
  • Cancellation within 3 days prior to shipping will result in a 50% deduction from the paid amount.
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 3 days of order confirmation.
  • Cancellations cannot be entertained once the order is dispatched.

 

Exchange Policy

Only genuine reasons will be considered for product return or exchange. It is imperative that the item being returned or exchanged remains in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse or production facility.

Return Policy

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • No return or exchange will be processed for orders of multiple identical products in different sizes, as this facility is susceptible to misuse.
  • In case of a return, the buyer covers the return shipping costs, as well as the shipping and handling fees, which are contingent on the weight and size of the jacket.
  • Removal of tags from the product voids eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.
  • All requests for Return, Refund, or Exchange made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be considered.
  • Before dispatching your jacket, our diligent product inspector will meticulously review it, evaluating aspects such as color, sizing, stitching, leather quality, and overall pattern. If you encounter any concerns, please email us at the provided address, detailing the issues you are experiencing with the jacket.

Restocking Fee

For product returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, in addition to a 10% restocking fee, as per our policy at Houston Jackets.
