I’m 5’4” 120lbs pear shape 34B/32C bra. Fitted shirt: XS and normal shirt: S. I ordered size S because I am petite in the shoulders and I wanted the jacket to be really fitted. It fits perfectly. Although i would still recommend to give your measurements just in case.
